The Grand Opera House's box office is operated by Mercer Ticket Sales, which is located at 400 Poplar Street. They are opened Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The box office at The Grand Opera House is opened only on performance days and opens an hour and a half before show time.
